One of the advantages - big and spotless rooms; they included shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. The location was great and beautiful, back in the Dunning area, convenient to go everywhere.

The peaceful setting here for breakfast at the golf club was lovely, and the staff were incredibly courteous and attentive which made our stay in the king room for £38 including breakfast delightful.

Came in Perth to relax and have fun, this traditional hotel was incredible base for doing it. Everyone was fabulously helpful as well as host.
